Housing Authority of Crisfield
We offer rent efficiencies, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments to low income families, single persons aged 55 and older, and also to single persons who are physically disabled.
Housing options require 30% of income as rent, which includes heat and electricity. Deductions from income include:
- $480 for each dependent
- $400 for a family member 62 or older or who has a handicap or disability
- All income of children under age 18
- Certain medical expenses for applicants 62 or older
- Specific child care expenses
